Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups flour
- Raspberry or apricot jam
Directions
Mix butter, cream cheese, sour cream, and salt. Sift in flour and knead until smooth. Form into ball and wrap in wax paper. Chill for about 3 hours. Roll out into a thin strip. Cut into 3 inch squares. Spread each sqaure with 1 tsp raspberry or apricot jam. Roll squares from corner to corner, forming into a crescent. Lay on greased baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 min at 400 degrees. Let cool. Makes about 24 kipfels.
